How it works

  • Tell us about your need

    Use the chat in the corner of our website to start a conversation and share your custom apparel needs with us.
    It helps if you have sizing data, artwork, and delivery date needed available, but we will still do what we can no matter what!

  • We build your mockup

    We craft a digital preview based on your specifications.
    Once approved, you will receive a second, more detailed, folder of mockups showing your jersey or garment. Once that is approved, you will be sent payment details.
    Once payment is received, your order is in!

  • Gear Arrives in 2-4 weeks!

    Sit back and keep an eye on your email inbox. We update you every step of the way until it is out for delivery.
    All orders include signature confirmation with delivery and customers will be notified via text with delivery updates once your order is on the truck to be dropped off.

What is your minimum order quantity?

10 units of a garment is the minimum.

Format and Sizing for my art files?

We work best if you can provide us with PNG files, ideally on transparent backgrounds.

The ideal size for an image is either 5000x5000px or 4000x6000px

How long does this whole thing take?

We can be as fast as 14 business days from payment to delivery if your art is ready to go.

Remote areas of the US, large orders, and international deliveries may take longer

We advise planning for a 30 day turnaround just in case!

How experienced are you with this?

We have been making custom apparel since masks were required in the grocery stores.

What if my items are defective?

We replace any defective items upon delivery or within 14 days of being marked as delivered. You can order additional single items after your initial order if size changes are needed, or extra crew members are added

Do I HAVE to order in bulk?

After you place your first order, you can purchase single units of your custom gear if someone gets added to your group/team, changes sizes, or wants a back-up. Simply ask us for the link to purchase your single units.
