How long does this whole thing take?
We can be as fast as 14 business days from payment to delivery if your art is ready to go.
Remote areas of the US, large orders, and international deliveries may take longer
We advise planning for a 30 day turnaround just in case!
Do I HAVE to order in bulk?
Your first order must be 10 or more units of a design.
You can order singles after that at single unit rates. Discounts apply at 10, 25, 50, and 100+ units purchased.
What is your minimum order quantity?
10 units of a garment is the minimum.
Format and Sizing for my art files?
We work best if you can provide us with PNG files, ideally on transparent backgrounds.
The ideal size for an image is either 5000x5000px or 4000x6000px
I already placed an order but I need a few more!
You can order additional single items after your initial order if size changes are needed, or extra crew members are added. There is no minimum order requirement for additional garments.
What if my items are defective?
We replace any defective items upon delivery or within 14 days of being marked as delivered.
We also provide two levels of mock-ups during the design process for approval to ensure you get what you want before the order is even placed.
